Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments must be booked at least 1 hour in advance via website, social media, or phone. Same-day bookings are subject to therapist availability. Therapists may arrive 15 minutes early or late due to traffic or location efficiency. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy First-time late cancellation (less than 3 hours before the appointment) → No fee, but a warning will be given. Second-time late cancellation → A ₱300 cancellation fee will be applied. If the therapist is already on the way when canceled → A ₱500 cancellation fee applies to cover transportation and lost booking time. Two last-minute cancellations → The client will be required to prepay for future bookings. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy The session starts when the therapist arrives. If the client is not ready, session time will be reduced accordingly. If unresponsive for 30 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show, and a ₱500 no-show fee will be applied. Future bookings will require full advance payment. Waitlist Policy If all slots are booked, clients can join the waitlist and will be contacted if a therapist becomes available. Waitlist clients must confirm within 15 minutes, or the slot will be given to the next in line.
