Welcome to Espasyo Wellness Spa! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, both in-spa and in-home. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors require parental or guardian consent.
1.2 Health Conditions: Clients must inform their therapist of any existing health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the service. Espasyo Wellness Spa is not liable for any undisclosed medical issues.
1.3 Privacy: We value your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality regarding personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
1.4 Right to Refuse Service: Espasyo Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. For home service, please ensure that the booking is made at least 2 hours in advance.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
2.3 Deposits: Certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
2.4 Minimum Charge (Home Service): A minimum of ₱800 per therapist applies; below ₱1,600 total, only one therapist will be assigned.
2.5 Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shws will incur a 50% charge.
2.6 Late Payments: For corporate or event bookings, late payments may incur additional fees.
3. In-Home Service Specifics
3.1 Environment: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the massage. This includes a clean, quiet space and a suitable surface (e.g., a massage table, if available).
3.2 Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. These fees will be communicated during the booking process.
3.3 Minimum Charge: A minimum total price requirement applies for home service depending on location.
4. In-Spa Service Specifics
4.1 Arrival: Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and prepare for the service.
4.2 Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client. Full charges will apply.
4.3 Personal Belongings: Espasyo Wellness Spa provides a storage box for your personal belongings. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.
5. Memberships, Gift Cards, and Promotions
5.1 Memberships: Non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. Benefits apply only within the validity period.
5.2 Gift Cards: Non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 Promotions: Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Loyalty Card/Points: Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Expire if unused within 12 months.
6. Liability and Conduct
6.1 Service Disclaimer: While our therapists are trained professionals, massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: Espasyo Wellness Spa shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.3 Client Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
7. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
7.1 Refunds: Payments and deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except in cases of therapist unavailability or service disruption caused by Espasyo Wellness Spa.
7.2 Rebooking: Clients may reschedule once without penalty if done at least 12 hours in advance.
7.3 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours. We may, at our discretion, offer a complimentary redo or service credit.
7.4 Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transport strikes, power outages).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the proper courts in Marikina City.
9. Updates to Terms
Espasyo Wellness Spa reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
