Welcome to Espasyo Wellness Spa! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, both in-spa and in-home. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors require parental or guardian consent.
1.2 Health Conditions: Clients must inform their therapist of any existing health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the service. Espasyo Wellness Spa is not liable for any undisclosed medical issues.
1.3 Privacy: We value your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality regarding personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. For home service, please ensure that the booking is made at least 2 hours in advance.
2.2 Payment: Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash. A minimum treatment fee of ₱800 per therapist is required for home service. For bookings below ₱1,600, only one therapist will be provided.
2.3 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service.
3. In-Home Service Specifics
3.1 Environment: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the massage. This includes a clean, quiet space and a suitable surface (e.g., a massage table, if available).
3.2 Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location. These fees will be communicated during the booking process.
3.3 Minimum Charge: A minimum total price requirement applies for home service depending on location.
4. In-Spa Service Specifics
4.1 Arrival: Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and prepare for the service.
4.2 Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client. Full charges will apply.
4.3 Personal Belongings: Espasyo Wellness Spa provides a storage box for your personal belongings. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings secure.
5. Gift Cards and Promotions
5.1 Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
5.2 Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. They are subject to specific terms and conditions as detailed in the promotion.
6. Loyalty Program
6.1 Membership: Our loyalty program offers various benefits, including discounts and free services. Membership details and terms are available on our website.
6.2 Rewards: Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed within the specified period.
7. Liability
7.1 Service Disclaimer: While we strive to provide the highest level of service, Espasyo Wellness Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from our services.
7.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
Espasyo Wellness Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
