Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments can be booked via website, social media, or phone. Walk-ins are accepted but subject to therapist availability. Full payment is not required upfront, but same-day confirmations will be made via call or message. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy First-time late cancellation (less than 3 hours before) → No fee, but the client will be informed that repeat cancellations may require an advance payment. Second-time late cancellation → A ₱200 cancellation fee will be applied. No-Shows (Arriving 30+ minutes late without notice) → A ₱300 no-show fee applies, and future bookings will require advance payment. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Arrivals over 30 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled. A ₱300 no-show fee will apply, and future bookings may require full advance payment. Waitlist Policy If fully booked, clients can join the waitlist and will be contacted if a slot opens. Waitlist clients must confirm within 15 minutes once contacted, or the slot will be given to the next in line.
